I've been on a bit of a health kick lately. I hope it lasts through the holidays but I'm not getting my hopes up. I've been making really good meal choices and choosing protein bars over greasy fast food. I really like how easy it is just to grab a bar and head on out to do the necessary shopping and bill paying. It seems like I'm always in a hurry to do this or that and there isn't time to cook a meal. I have low blood sugar which means I can't skip meals without paying for it dearly. On the go food has become my friend.
