Get Fit

It's the beginning of a new year and the most popular resolution is to lose weight and get fit. Exercise is important for your body and your mind. It would be great if I could lose enough weight to feel comfortable showing off my Beach Body in 2012.

In order to stick to my current exercise, I am trying to build up my tolerance.  I alternate between doing an Extreme Body Workout and yoga.  How are you planning to get fit this year, through exercise, dieting or both?

So many books, so little time said...

it looks impressive but no way would I have the stamina to do that.

I have some fitness dvds and the wii, just need to put the book down and get it started.

I'm currently a member of a gym but I hate going. I'm thinking of taking up yoga though, it's always interested me and this year I finally want to do it!
